The first hour

An assessment. Not a sales call.

  1. Tell us the goal

Strength, a return from injury, a body-composition change, or just consistency. We match the coach to the goal rather than to the calendar.

  2. Move, and be watched

A movement assessment on the floor. It is the part most gyms skip, and it is why a program written afterwards actually fits.

  3. Train the first session

You leave having done the work, with the plan written down. No sales room, no clipboard follow-up.

What you won’t get

No pressure. No performance.

Coaching here is a working relationship, not a conversion event. The first session exists so both sides can find out whether it fits.

  • No sales floor.
  • No twelve-month lock-in on a coach you haven’t met.
  • No commission-driven upsell at the end of the hour.

Ten coaches. One standard.

Including Austin Current, a published strength-and-conditioning educator. You will be matched to the person whose work fits your goal, not to whoever has the next open hour.

Our story

“We didn't set out to build a big gym. We set out to build a better one.”

Dan & Sara Greenbaum, owners

The Gym at Prospect was created with a simple intention. To build the kind of training environment we could never quite find. After more than two decades in the fitness industry, we had seen both extremes; overcrowded commercial gyms built for volume, and exclusive clubs built for ego. Neither served the people who simply wanted to train well, consistently, and without distraction. So we built something different. A calm, refined space for those who take their fitness seriously. No chaos. No intimidation. No noise for the sake of noise. Just serious training, done well.

Our commitment

Your training stays yours.

TGAP is built for people who value discretion. We don't create a “scene.” We don't chase crowds. And we don't treat the gym floor like content.

  • Controlled access with key-card entry.
  • Limited membership to protect space and availability.
  • No crowded class culture. No loud, performative environment.
  • Member privacy respected on-site and online.
