The first hour

An assessment. Not a pitch.

  1. Name the goal

Strength, a return from injury, recomposition, or plain consistency. We match the coach to the goal, not to the calendar.

  2. Get assessed, not sold

A movement assessment on the training floor. It is the part most gyms skip, and the reason the plan you leave with actually fits.

  3. Do the first session

You train, the coach adjusts, and the plan goes down on paper. No sales room at the end of the hour.

The coaches

Ten coaches. One standard.

Including Austin Current, a published strength-and-conditioning educator. You're matched to the coach whose work fits your goal, not to whoever has the next open hour.

Straight answers

Asked, answered.

Am I signing up for a package?

No. The hour is free and complete in itself. If you want coaching afterwards, it's quoted per program — and if you don't, that's a fine outcome too.

Do I need to be a member?

No. The first session is complimentary whether or not you hold a membership, and there is no obligation to join afterwards.

Do I need to be in shape first?

The assessment meets you where you are — that's what it's for. The roster includes coaches focused on corrective exercise, mobility and longevity, not just performance.

Our commitment

Your training stays yours.

TGAP is built for people who value discretion. We don't create a “scene.” We don't chase crowds. And we don't treat the gym floor like content.

  • Controlled access with key-card entry.
  • Limited membership to protect space and availability.
  • No crowded class culture. No loud, performative environment.
  • Member privacy respected on-site and online.
A member training alone on the floor at The Gym at Prospect.

One hour. Zero pressure.

Tell us the goal and we'll call you to book it. If we're not the right coaches for it, we'll say so.
